Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at honeydazee@hellohoneydazee.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A clear photo of the damaged item
    •    A photo of the packaging

We will be happy to assist with a replacement if eligible.

Order Errors

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours and we will correct the issue promptly.
