Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact USPS directly for claims.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address at checkout.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage will be required to reship.
